熱油(you)泵機械密(mi)封(feng)失效的主要形式表(biao)(biao)現為:密(mi)封(feng)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)磨(mo)損,當(dang)(dang)動環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)為碳(tan)化(hua)鎢(wu)、靜(jing)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)為石墨時(shi),在(zai)靜(jing)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)出現環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)狀溝紋;當(dang)(dang)動環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)用碳(tan)化(hua)鎢(wu)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)熱裝(zhuang)在(zai)不銹鋼環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)座上(shang)時(shi),會(hui)出現碳(tan)化(hua)鎢(wu)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)松(song)脫的現象;在(zai)動環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)和(he)軸套之間(jian)結水垢,動環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)不能浮動;動環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)密(mi)封(feng)圈磨(mo)損或翻邊(用4F—V形墊制造時(shi));靜(jing)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)離位等(deng)。 其主要原因是溫(wen)度高。高溫(wen)使(shi)密(mi)封(feng)端面(mian)內介質(zhi)汽化(hua);高溫(wen)使(shi)石墨環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)性能下降(jiang);高溫(wen)使(shi)冷卻水結垢;高溫(wen)使(shi)熱裝(zhuang)的碳(tan)化(hua)鎢(wu)環(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)(huan)松(song)脫;由于溫(wen)度高,熱油(you)泵容易抽空,使(shi)熱(re)油泵機(ji)械密封失效的(de)主要(yao)形式表現(xian)(xian)(xian)為(wei):密封表面(mian)(mian)磨損(sun),當動(dong)環為(wei)碳化鎢(wu)、靜(jing)(jing)環為(wei)石(shi)墨時(shi)(shi),在靜(jing)(jing)環表面(mian)(mian)出現(xian)(xian)(xian)環狀溝紋;當動(dong)環用碳化鎢(wu)環熱(re)裝在不銹鋼環座上時(shi)(shi),會出現(xian)(xian)(xian)碳化鎢(wu)環松脫(tuo)的(de)現(xian)(xian)(xian)象;在動(dong)環和軸套之間(jian)結水垢,動(dong)環不能(neng)浮動(dong);動(dong)環密封圈磨損(sun)或翻(fan)邊(bian)(用4F—V形墊制造時(shi)(shi));靜(jing)(jing)環離位等。 其主要(yao)原因是(shi)溫(wen)(wen)度高(gao)。高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)使(shi)密封端(duan)面(mian)(mian)內介質汽化;高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)使(shi)石(shi)墨環性能(neng)下降(jiang);高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)使(shi)冷卻水結垢;高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)使(shi)熱(re)裝的(de)碳化鎢(wu)環松脫(tuo);由于溫(wen)(wen)度高(gao),熱(re)油泵容易(yi)抽空,使(shi)靜(jing)(jing)環離位、動(dong)環密封圈產生翻(fan)邊(bian)等缺陷(xian)。有機(ji)械雜(za)質存(cun)在時(shi)(shi),也會加劇密封面(mian)(mian)的(de)磨損(sun)。
